The client was really excited about having greater accessibility and a new face for the center. It was fun to work on because this building was the original Red Cross building for Fort Douglas, and we found the original cornerstone when they started tearing into it.
Project Success
Because as-builts weren't available, we provided a comprehensive interior investigation to reduce the risk of unknown conditions.
