Eric Hogan
FOUNDER
After Eric Hogan's service in World War II, he began building homes for returning service people. Soon after, it was schools for their families.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Mike is a skilled woodworker and won Best of Show at the Utah State Fair. He has crafted individual caricature name plaques for the entire Hogan office. He led the company through its second generation.

As a long-time adult leader in the Boy Scouts of America, Cris was presented the Silver Beaver Award for his volunteer service. He leads the company in its third generation.

Blake ensures Hogan’s financial integrity and creates business plans to support Hogan’s sister companies. He enjoys the outdoors and is getting certified in paragliding. -
Dave Andersen
SR. VICE PRESIDENT – PRE-CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGER
Dave seeks to maximize each budget through constructability and looks to provide the best value for his clients. He is responsible for all pre-construction services from project conceptualization through project turnover. -
John Cox

John possesses excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage a broad range of resources to meet project demands. He enjoys the outdoors, particularly skiing, golfing, and hiking. -
JD Forbush
VICE PRESIDENT – CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGER
JD's unique combination of technical skills from his education and on-the-job field experience makes him a skilled director. He is Hogan’s in-house hot sauce expert.

Rob pays close attention to detail, possesses excellent communication skills, and manages schedules effectively. He loves snowboarding in the local area and is active with Ski Utah. -

Eddy’s approach to project management stems from his years of on-site experience. He loves his dogs and is involved with the Marine Society of Utah.

Jared executes the day-to-day responsibilities of all HR functions and oversees the risk management and safety for all of Hogan’s projects and clients. He loves to travel with his family in his spare time.

Aaron works in the interest of client success. He serves on several education and construction industry boards.

Brian Tingey
DIRECTOR – ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
Brian handles the finances for Hogan and manages our accounting & finance team. He enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids playing board games, hiking, and swimming.

Mark leads our operational departments including IT, logistics, fleet, maintenance, and facilities management while driving performance through data analysis. He values time with family doing activities and traveling.

Brett manages Hogan's work crews and site superintendent team. He oversees our steel and finishes crews, schedules manpower for projects, and coordinates superintendents.

Boyd Fisher
CORPORATE SECRETARY & CONTROLLER
Boyd works with leadership and project teams to protect profitability, support project success, and guide informed business decisions. He is a certified barbecue judge and can be found at barbecue cook-offs.

Ben is highly experienced in complex mechanical systems, including ground-source heating and cooling. He enjoys camping and four-wheeling in the deserts of Southern Utah.

Carissa has worked on various projects, including hospitality, higher education, and K12 schools. She enjoys traveling to the Caribbean and central Utah with her family to camp at the sand dunes.

George's field experience helps him manage complex projects, live sites, and coordinate user groups. He is a skilled drone photographer and enjoys spending time with his family. -

Jared’s approach to project management stems from his years of on-site experience. He loves enjoying Utah's beautiful outdoors with his five boys. -

Joanie is highly skilled at keeping projects running smoothly through proactive communication and problem-solving. She loves backpacking in the Uintahs, camping, and riding side-by-sides.

Kelly’s extensive on-site experience began at a very young age, working with his father, giving him a solid practical background that helps him supervise subcontracting crews and ensure quality projects.

Nolan is skilled at directing crews and subcontractor coordination. When he isn’t working, he loves spending time with his four daughters and wife and being outdoors.

Scott is skilled at quality assurance, craft supervision, and material expediting to meet tight schedules. He is a certified mountain bike coach and skill trainer for the North Davis Composite Mountain Bike Team. -
Fletch Roberts
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Fletch’s experience as a laborer allows him to proactively communicate with his crews and ensure work is being done to the highest standard. He loves riding motorcycles when he’s not at work.

Shane is Hogan’s BIM Specialist and helps reduce RFIs, mitigate delays, and avoid unnecessary costs. He enjoys nature, playing sports, and exploring with family.

Blaine is a sixth generation mason by trade. He is very detail oriented and production driven and is skilled at working with other trades on projects. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids in the mountains, golfing, and bowhunting.

As one of Utah’s premier superintendents, Bob has managed many of Hogan’s most prominent projects. He is an avid boater, and his favorite spot is Lake Powell. -

Bret is a dynamic problem solver who is agile and adjusts fluidly to the ever-changing on-site environment. He has a deep interest in and understanding of site civil work. -

Bret works efficiently and skillfully to complete project commitments on time and to a high standard. He enjoys golfing, camping, and fun in the sun! -
Cam Bennett

Cam has superintendent experience on schools, hospitals, and everything in between. He enjoys nearly anything outdoors and spending time with his wife and four daughters.

Dan is skilled at coordinating various trades, having worked his way up from tradesman to foreman and now superintendent. He has embarked on multiple transcontinental motorcycle trips.

Danny's military background lends to his precision and attention to detail on the job site. He enjoys camping out in the sand dunes in Southern Utah.

Dave has worked on more than 40 occupied site projects, managing the safety of Hogan's crews and clients. He is an avid skier, and his favorite local area is Alta.

Devin has been involved with many of Hogan’s self-performing crews and is trained in concrete and structural steel. He is a well-rounded outdoorsman and enjoys spending time in Northern Utah.

Glen’s four decades of experience as a superintendent provide a unique perspective as he conducts plan reviews and constructability reviews. He is a die-hard Harley rider.

Greg efficiently coordinates efforts on challenging sites and projects. He enjoys freshwater and saltwater fishing.

Jake has nearly three decades of construction experience and enjoys seeing firsthand what hard work can create. He loves spending time with his five kids and coaching youth sports.

Mark began his construction career in 1979. He is a skilled craftsman, having worked with a broad range of materials and finishes, including being a journeyman carpenter.

Ryan worked his way up the ranks of Hogan's on-site management program. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking along the Wasatch Front.

Ryan is skilled at managing complicated and occupied sites. He has worked on a range of projects, from fire stations and schools to healthcare facilities. He enjoys golfing and the outdoors.

Sam has worked in construction for most of his life, and his expertise and passion come through in every project. He enjoys coaching youth sports, including basketball and baseball.

Sean is in demand for his construction insights gained over years of experience. He retired from the military as a First Sergeant and has served in the Army Reserve for over 20 years.

Bradon is a jack-of-all-trades with experience in several construction scopes. He loves going to the gym in the morning and riding his Harley motorcycles. -

Previously a concrete foreman, Jason worked his way up to superintendent with his structural steel and concrete skills. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. -

Jeff has years of experience with structural and flatwork concrete as well as layout and rough carpentry. He likes spending his time snowboarding and traveling with family. -
