Building Communities since 1945!
City of Evanston
Restored the 1912 notable 64,000 SF roundhouse that's a critical remnant in Evanston's railroading past
Hogan laborers strategically restored or replaced all windows and doors with new ones of similar design and integrity.
Transformed a portion of the building into a meeting and events space!
We carefully restored many elements of this roundhouse, including matching and reusing the 100-year-old brick, and the restoration brings a a lot of satisfaction to many local citizens.
