Hogan renovated the dilapidated Garfield School into Elizabeth Academy’s stunning Classical Liberal Arts Middle & High School!





Project Success

Hogan maintained the original building’s shell while gutting and rebuilding the entire interior.


The structure experienced decades of neglect and vandalism!
