Brighton High School Rebuild

Rebuilding Brighton High School required careful coordination and strict safety procedures to construct the new, massive school within feet of the old one.

One major challenge was cutting the building in half two different times and making sure all of the life safety systems and utilities stayed up and running to keep the existing building functional for students.

Project Success

We systematically replaced the high school on a 35-acre site with a 34-foot grade change.

I feel that at the core of everything we did throughout the build has been ‘What is best for students?’ It’s easy to expect that of educators. But to have the contractors also look through a project with an eye on students first was surprising and refreshing
