Hogan provided 4% in value-engineering savings, enabling the owner to meet their budget and create a robust facility.
Moab Regional Hospital was built to accommodate the unique recreational destination area and includes a trauma center with two operating rooms, an endoscopy room, several on-staff orthopedic surgeons, and a helipad in addition to its 17 beds, which include two labor and delivery rooms.
It was the first LEED-certified hospital in Utah!
