The city employees that worked on the project were helpful and very excited. It is a beautiful facility, and my favorite place to view performances is from the balcony, which is fantastic!


Project Success

Hogan cut open the existing two-story building and turned it into an open, large-volume single-story space.

Hogan’s management team was very skilled and did a good job keeping us informed of any changes and passed on all critical information for the project.
