The Timpanogos Community Treatment Center is the first of its kind in Utah County. The team did a great job creating an inviting space for those on parole.
Project Success
Hogan demolished, seismically strengthened, and renovated this two-story existing building into a monitored living space to improve rehabilitation.
The rooms are filled with natural light and feature modern hardwood floors with open living spaces.
The building houses administration and counseling offices, conference rooms, a control room, staff support spaces, 33 multi-occupant dorms with bathrooms, jail cells, a kitchen, a cafeteria, an exercise room, and common areas.
