We help municipalities realize their building needs on their limited budgets.
West Jordan Public Works
Utah’s fourth-largest city now has the ability to provide its core mission—maintain and protect water, sewer, and stormwater systems; build and repair streets, parks, and city buildings; and keep garbage trucks running, police cars out on patrol, and fire trucks on call—with a new state-of-the-art Public Works Campus. The 131,300-square-foot building is designed to last for the next 50 years and be the city’s operational hub in the case of flash flooding or a major earthquake.
The Hogan Advantage
By carefully analyzing the amount of soil needed to be removed and added during site development, Hogan saved the city $500,000 by balancing the site’s earthwork, moving roughly 17,000 yards of dirt from one location to another to level the ground and create proper slopes.
