We are experienced in providing the special attention medical facilities require.
Moab Regional Hospital
This 87,000-square-foot, rural project was designed and constructed as a LEED-Certified “Critical Access” hospital (the first in Utah). It was built to accommodate the unique recreational destination area and emphasizes a trauma center with two operating rooms and a helipad, in addition to 17 patient rooms—including two labor and delivery rooms. The long-term care facility has 36-beds; the medical office building has 12 medical offices and 20 patient rooms.
The Hogan Advantage
Because we work with subcontractors throughout the Intermountain West, we were able to bring in a great subcontracting team for a rural project that included a new hospital, a long-term care facility, and a medical office building.
